I remember when news of the move was brought to the LLE Group to explore ways to make the transition as stress-free as possible, always with the clients’ wellbeing in mind.

In keeping with their vision and mission as a centre for excellence, First Step has moved into a beautiful new building with everything under one roof. Since moving, they have been looking at ways to improve the quality of the experience, whether for staff or clients.

This approach to client-centred best practice is what sets their team apart and believe me when I say I have been navigating this AOD/mental health space for many years.

Information was brought to the LLE Group to assist with this process, and I am proud to have contributed, even in a minor way. As they continue their pursuit of excellence, I will be right there with them.
