Rochna is a commercially astute executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the non-profit and commercial sectors in Australia, India, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia. She has served as COO for several NFPs, delivering strategic, financial, and operational programs to strengthen sustainability, governance, and compliance. Rochna is a Director on several NFP boards and a Victorian Government appointee to a Rural District Health Board. As a migrant woman from a culturally diverse background, she brings lived experience and a strong commitment to creating social impact through inclusive leadership. Rochna holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a recipient of the inaugural Victorian Government scholarship for the Board Leadership Program for Culturally Diverse Women.
