Over 2.5 years, First Step partnered with Launch Housing (at Launch Housing East St Kilda and Launch Housing South Melbourne), in an innovative, philanthropically funded program to bring clinical mental health, medical and legal support onsite to emergency and interim housing. The project was evaluated by LDC Group, who produced an integrated suite of reports (see below).
