Catherine has worked across both the commercial and for-purpose sectors in service delivery, transformation, and shared services, and brings over 18 years board and committee experience. She is a former member of the Palais Theatre Community Fund Committee and former Chair of Linden New Art and Arts Project Australia. Catherine is currently a non-executive director of Mansfield District Hospital and You Matter (Aus) Ltd and member of the Policy & Planning Committee at Arts Project. She is also a lead mentor at Fitted for Work. Catherine joined the First Step Board in October 2022 and has seen first-hand the profound impact of its integrated services on the lives of people experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
