Overall I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience during the Resetlife program at First Step. At 7.5 months clean and sober, the Resetlife program has been instrumental in me developing a level of internal and external manageability that I have never had in my life. I am now alcohol and drug free and have been able to shift an overwhelmingly negative and pessimistic view of myself and society in general by looking internally at my thinking, behaviours and belief system.
